After confirming the required dimensions, we cut the leather to the specified size based on the chosen material. The ends of the leather also can be shaped into various designs, such as rounded or tapered, for a more customized look.
Edge Treatment:
Once cut, the leather edges are carefully finished to create a smoother surface. This step ensures enhanced comfort when in contact with the skin and adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of the product.
Hole Punching and Hardware Installation:
Using the neck size as a guide, we mark the positions for the buckle holes and adjustment holes. These are then punched with precision tools. The buckle and D-ring are securely attached using specialized tools to install the hardware components.
Personalized Customization:
We offer personalized customization. If you have specific text or symbols, such as initials or a heart emblem, we can apply gold foil stamping to make the piece uniquely yours.
