Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
All of our packages are shipped discreetly from our multiple warehouses in plain packaging.

Due to the unique and custom nature of our product, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. However, if the package is completely unopened, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of a return.
We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. If you experience a malfunction, please contact us support@qiyeleathers.com. We will either repair your harness or provide a replacement upon receiving the original. The replacement harness will be the same as the original.

Simply specify your measurements in the comments section of your order in the 'Cart'. Please note that not all items are eligible for customization.
