Yes, We send products all over the world, so there’s no single postage price – If you’d like to know what delivery will cost, add your order to the cart and enter your shipping information on the checkout page. We’ll show you how much it will cost to ship before you place your order!

We strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

All of our packages are shipped discreetly from our multiple warehouses in plain packaging.

Due to the unique and custom nature of our product, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. However, if the package is completely unopened, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of a return.

We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. If you experience a malfunction, please contact us support@qiyeleathers.com. We will either repair your harness or provide a replacement upon receiving the original. The replacement harness will be the same as the original.
